Where do we ship?

Currently we only ship to Spain Peninsula, Portugal and the Balearic Islands.

Do you do free shipping?

Shipments in mainland Spain and Portugal are free from €35. The shipping cost will be automatically deducted in the purchase process.

How much is the shipping?

Shipments to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal 4.5 euro

Shipping to the Balearic Islands 9 euros

When will I recive my order?

The delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours working days, on weekends and holidays our warehouse is closed. When placing the order we will provide you with a tracking number. If your order is delayed, please send us an email and we will review it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchange/return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 business days from the moment you place your order to request an exchange or refund. All products must be returned intact, unworn, with all their original labels and packaging, and adequately protected during shipment. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs generated in the return or exchange.

If it is a refund, you will receive the full amount of the items (shipping cost will not be refunded). We are not responsible for the loss of items during their return.

How do I make an exchange or a return?

Please send us an email with your name, email, order number and the items you want to return.

CONSERVATION

Washing and conservation of my socks

It is VERY IMPORTANT to remove the label without tearing it off, you have to cut the thread with scissors. Wash them inside out in cold water and no bleach to preserve the colors, avoid using the dryer and ironing.
